TOP SPEED
is what distinguishes exceptional players in today’s football. While total running distances have hardly changed in the last ten years, sprint distances have almost doubled. Modern football is faster and more intense than ever before. This program helps you to reach your full potential.
ACCELERATION
determines who gets to the ball first. More than 50% of all goals and assists start with a short linear sprint. Your ability to achieve peak power as quickly as possible can decide between victory and defeat. Learning the right technique and applying it on the field is essential. Our program offers perfectly tailored progressive training to develop this game-changing skill.
PLYOMETRIC TRAINING
for speed development must address two crucial aspects: horizontal and vertical impulses. While horizontal jumps improve your acceleration, vertical impulses are responsible for increasing your maximum speed.
RECOVERY
is the area where the biggest mistakes happen in speed training. There is a simple rule: 10m sprint = 1min recovery, so a 30m sprint requires 3min rest. To achieve lasting improvements, post-match and post-training recovery is equally crucial. Understanding when to resume training after intense sessions is just as important as the training itself.

ABOUT CHIDI
At Double10 Performance, individual development and professional support are at the heart of our work. As a former football player who has experienced the challenges of the sport first hand, my mission is to help young athletes achieve sustainable, holistic performance levels.
As a player, I was known for my speed, but I also struggled with injuries. During this time, I wished I had a coach who could help me manage and prevent injuries. That’s why I made it my mission to take on this role and support both young and experienced athletes in their long-term development.
