I started working with Chidi seven months ago with the goal of improving my running technique and acceleration speed. Thanks to Chidi’s support and motivation, I can push myself to my limits in every training session. The exercises are very varied. Since then, I have not only significantly increased my speed and improved my running style, but I have also developed in other athletic areas. Vincent started at Double10 in 2020. He came to me with the clear goal of improving his athleticism. When he started with me, he was already a talented tennis player with a few deficits in the athletic area. Since February 2025, Vincent has now been with Double10 for 5 years and on this occasion we compared the numbers from the first test with the current one. During this time, he was able to make enormous progress, which he was also able to convert into success on the tennis court.
